Private parties are available beginning April 1st, and may be booked on Saturdays and non-Open play Sundays. Other days of the week can be booked for parties of 25 or more, but only if sufficient staff is available.
There are two time slots available for bookings. 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm. Booking one of these slots guarantees your group to exclusive use of our fields and facilities.
You must have at least 10 players to reserve a time slot. There is a non-refundable $50 Field Rental Fee required. The fee must be received to reserve the date and time. If the 10 player minimum is not met, there will be a $20 charge per person (of the 10 player minimum) that didn't show up. In the event of inclement weather, this agreement still stands. Play will go on as scheduled unless severe weather is in the area. We will carefully monitor the weather and postpone play if necessary.
To avoid disappointment contact us early to check availability and to reserve your date because they go fast. Some dates book months in advance.
